Each tablet contains: Melatonin — 10mg Tabletting aids
Adults: At bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue, 1-2 tablets daily, or as recommended by a physician. Consult your physician for use beyond 4 weeks.
This product is meant only for jet lag and is not recommended for prolonged consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30⁰C in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening for maximum potency. Consult a physician prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression, and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medicines. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking the melatonin. If symptoms persist, continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a physician. Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs and/or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease.
