 SHIPPING FEE FOR LOCAL SINGAPORE ORDERS

Shipping fee will apply for all local Singapore orders below $60.

SHIPPING FEE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping fee will be reflected during the checkout process, on the Cart and Checkout pages.

 

PROCESSING OF ORDER (LOCAL)

Upon check-out of order confirmation and payment received, all Orders will be processed and delivered to consumers between 3 to 5 working days.

 

PROCESSING OF ORDER (OVERSEAS)

Upon check-out of order confirmation and payment received, all Orders will be processed and delivered to consumers between 7 to 20 working days, not including customs clearance procedures or any other events that are outside of our control.

NOTE: Any content in liquid form will not be exported due to logistics restriction.

Local Areas that are easily accessible that include HDB estates, private condominiums, landed properties, commercial and industrial complexes, but EXCLUDES Airfreight Cargo Centre, Changi Airport Terminals, Jurong islands, Army camps, PSA ports, Construction sites, University, Polytechnics, ITE, Country Clubs, Prisons and PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY

It is our Return Policy that goods with a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise do not conform to your order specifications may be returned. Any defective, faulty or non-conforming returned items will be further inspected at our warehouse. If we acknowledge the defect or fault, we will gladly do a 1-to-1 replacement or provide a partial or full refund of the value of the goods. Any courier charges pertaining to the return will be borne by the buyers.
