Holistic Way Premium Mega DHA Brain Food is a high-strength Omega-3 supplement extracted from deep sea cold water fish. It contains 500mg of DHA in each softgel, which is an essential Omega-3 fatty acid that plays a vital role in supporting brain and mental health, joint function, central nervous system development, and visual functioning. It is also suitable as a prenatal, pregnancy, and nursing supplement.

Each softgel contains:
- Fish Oil (Tuna) 1111 mg (Equivalent to Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 500 mg, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 100 mg)
- Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopherol) 10 IU
- Beta-Carotene Oil 30% 0.7 mg (Equivalent to Beta-Carotene 0.2 mg)
- Lutein Esters Oil 15% 33.3 mg (Equivalent to Lutein Esters 5 mg)

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
- 1 softgel daily with meals or as recommended by a physician.
