product offer is great, but the after-sales delivery services is bad.
you had pass on to 3rd party logistics, but you did not care about the service how it was being delivered.
I contacted your site to provide feedback, but after 7 days, still no reply.
Your service person left the product outside my gate, and it was left there for few hours under the sun. for such product, we are asked to store in cool place, but you did not fulfill such action by your delivery person.
