RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
- Adults: Dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a physician.
- Consult your physician for use beyond 4 weeks.
NO ADDED
- Wheat, gluten, yeast, milk, nuts, eggs, fish, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
- Suitable for vegetarians / vegans.
